Greetings and welcome!

I'm Lisa Baughn, so excited to meet you and have you here! 

Welcome to Wandering Insider, where we will embark upon a cool quest to fulfill two contradictory yet equally necessary elements of life: the freedom and excitement of adventure and all things new, and, the security of knowing we have a strong and happy home in the world. 

Together we're going to get up and get out of the house, check out  new places and even travel a little. But wherever Wandering Insider goes, we're not going to be lonely, scared of strangers, or act like outsiders who don't know anyone and who keep to ourselves. We're going to reach out, get to know some of the people around us, get in on the inside, and make ourselves at home, just a little, in all the places we go. 

So, let's create some cool adventures together and learn interesting things about all the interesting people around us. Our world on this blog (and hopefully in real life) will become one of great acquaintances and friends to be made, rather than cold seas of strangers we float anonymously past.
